Meet Danielle, your coach!

Let me start by introducing myself and sharing a bit about my journey and why I chose to become a coach. I began my career as a special education teacher, a role that eventually led to chronic stress and burnout. I found myself feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the life I thought I was building. I experienced a range of health issues, and in the process, I realized how much I had lost touch with myself—I had truly hit rock bottom and felt trapped in a life I didn’t recognize.

But instead of giving up, I knew deep down that I wasn’t meant to stay stuck. I understood that there was more waiting for me, but I needed to make some big changes. So, I made the decision to leave my job and embark on a healing journey.

Through this process, I discovered that my nervous system had become completely depleted. It needed care, attention, and deep nurturing. And as I began to focus on healing my body and mind, I realized I also needed to show myself love and compassion. I became deeply passionate about somatics, emotional processing, and the mind-body connection. That’s when I knew I wanted to help others achieve the same transformative healing that I had experienced.

By integrating mindfulness, nervous system regulation, trauma work, and inner child healing, I’ve launched myself into a deeper level of growth and recovery—and now, I’m here to guide you on your own journey. For a long time, I believed healing wasn’t possible for me, but I’m living proof that it is. It may not always be an easy path, but I promise you, it’s worth every step.

I’m a Certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner, and I specialize in supporting people who are struggling with burnout, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and fatigue. My mission is to help you break free from the cycles that keep you stuck and empower you to create the peaceful, fulfilling life you deserve. Together, we’ll move through the obstacles that have been holding you back so you can experience the transformation you’ve always dreamed of.

  • It is a whole person approach - we will work together to understand where in your life you may be experiencing some imbalances (mind, body, spirit, emotions). I will help you navigate through limiting beliefs and unwanted thought patterns so that you can finally live the life you desire!

  • Your role as the client is to be completely open, honest and ready for change. You will need to communicate your needs and wants. You will need to be ready to take action willingly on decisions agreed upon within the coaching relationship.

  • While coaching can provide a therapeutic atmosphere, it is not considered therapy or counseling. Typically, therapy and counseling focus on looking backwards, while coaching helps you to look forward to create lasting change.
