The 5 step coaching process:
You will set your intention, being clear and specific about what you want to achieve and why you want it. Together, we will explore awareness about the possible outcomes and consequences.
Together, we will explore and uncover thoughts, feelings and beliefs around this desired change and understand what you will gain, release and replace.
As your coach, I will help you challenge old stories and identify obstacles to problem solve and be realistic about the consequences if you stay in the same, stuck cycle.
I will introduce tools and strategies to help you uncover and activate available resources within yourself to take inspired and consistent action.
Together we will devise a plan of action to move you forward. I will provide education, encouragement and resources to support your progress. We will create daily, weekly and monthly action steps that you will take to reach your goals. I will provide accountability, support, guidance and feedback to keep you on track so you stay focused on your intentions for change.
